These photos show a completed Fixture Plate and Stand assembly. The plate was fabricated using our Complete Print & File Set For Fixture Plate Assembly sold below. The customer has added more holes for the 4-Link Mounting plates to better suit his needs.

The stand was custom built by the customer based on our design shown above and available to order below. He has added a rotary crank assembly to allow for precise placement to get the best welds.

The fixture plate allows the fabricator to have a very rigid work and accurate work surface. The plate is drilled in a pattern that allows the 4-Link brackets and tube hold down block to be placed at 1/2" intervals. The spacer ring lifts the housing off of the plat to allow for brackets to be installed during construction.  There are pinion center line grooves that will allow you to get measurements as you go.  The center cut-out will allow you to reach in and weld make those difficult inside welds with ease while still maintaining all the clamping power of the fixture. This print and file package is a must if you are going to build multiple housings.

The 4-Link spacer blocks make keeping you 4-Link brackets square and spaced correctly a snap.

The rotating stand, when combined with the fixture plate, make the absolute best product for producing high quality true and square fabricated housing assemblies. Even if you don't use the Jim Pulliam housing plans these two items will work with most all 9" kits. The rotating design is unbeatable for being able to get at all those tight spots and still produce quality welds.
